My favorite children's book/story:

Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak. It is my favorite because it is very imaginative, and it takes the reader into a different world.

Fun facts about me:

I am an alumnus of the Children's Center. I was a student in Mrs. Kempe's class and now she and I are working together!

I really enjoy weight lifting.

I design tattoos for myself, and my first tattoo was about teaching. It is on my arm and it says, "There will always be room for your hand in mine."

What do you love the most about teaching/working with little ones?

Watching their faces light up when they are able to achieve something new.

From your perspective, what makes the Children's Center so special?

It feels like family!
