Sabine Muller-Roth (Miss Sabine)

Position: Teacher

Date of hire: July 1999

My favorite children's book/story:

Where the Sidewalk Ends by Shel Silverstein. I enjoy reading his poems, they have wit and always a meaningful message.

Fun facts about me:

I grew up in a small town in the Black Forest region in Germany. After studying Hotel Business Administration in Switzerland I moved to Paris where I lived and worked for 8 years. I am tri-lingual in German, English and French and I love to travel all over the world and discover new places. My husband Gary and I have two wonderful children, Julien and Margaux.

What do you love the most about teaching/working with little ones?

Every day is a different day full of surprises. I love being surrounded by children who are happy, curious and fun to be with. I enjoy seeing the children grow from a little two-year-old to a big five-year-old ready to go off to kindergarten.

From your perspective, what makes the Children's Center so special?

1. The feel of being one big family. Being at the front desk I get to know the whole family of every child.
2. The loving and caring atmosphere our teachers bring into the classrooms
